How does the deposit work? +

A $50 refundable hold is placed on your card at pickup and released when you return the tool in good condition. It isn't charged unless there's damage.

Do I have to meet the owner? +

No. This tool offers self-serve pickup, so you choose self-serve or meeting the owner when you book. Self-serve instructions unlock about 2 hours before your reservation.

Can I cancel? +

Yes, before pickup. Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup for a full refund of the rate and service fee. Within 24 hours the rate and fee are non-refundable, but your deposit is always returned.

What if the tool has a problem? +

Message the owner through Presta. The condition photos you both take at pickup protect everyone if there's a disagreement at return.
